Lodging rates below include: 2 nights, 6 meals, taxes & fees.
Meal plan includes lunch & dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch & dinner Saturday, breakfast Sunday:
Single Occupancy - Terrace Location: $340.55  |  Lambuth Location: $273.95
Double Occupancy - Terrace Location: $207.05  |  Lambuth Location: $174.05
AX, MC, Visa & Discovery accepted. Reservations made on or after July 25, 2017 require full payment. REFUND POLICY: 30 days or more, deposit minus $15. 29 days or less, NO REFUND. Hotel Check-in: 3 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25th.

Enter booking code 7582 Select exact arrival & departure dates. Follow prompts to complete reservations. Have credit card ready when you make reservations. It is required at check-in, and remaining balance will be charged at that time. Cut off date is JULY 25, 2017.

Conference check-in begins at 10 am, Friday, August 25th at the Bethea Welcome Center. The conference begins with lunch at 12 Noon on Friday, August 25th, and ends at noon on Sunday, August 27th (No lunch will be served.)

REFUND POLICY
Prior to July 25,
Registration fee minus $25.
NO REFUNDS AFTER JULY 25, 2017.
